The Job:

We are looking for a Front-end Engineer who can Develop and maintain existing web interface.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and maintain internal and external-facing web applications and systems using ReactJs/React Native, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Architect, design, and implement user-facing features end-to-end (React, etc.)
• Integrate our front-end UI with the constructed API.
• Clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions.
• Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and usability that have a particular impact across the team and others.
• Work closely with other departments of the organization.
• Close collaboration with Product team and UI Engineers

Who You Are:

• Technical experience with the following: Linux, Apache/NGINX/Haproxy web servers, PHP, MySQL/Maria DB database design/administration.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience developing front-end heavy applications using Javascript, ReactJs/React Native, HTML5, CSS3.
• A plus, 2 years' experience with PHP.
• A Plus, Experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony.
• Solid understanding of semantic HTML5, CSS3, and core JavaScript concepts.
• Experience with Responsive Web Design (RWD).
• Hands-on experience working in an Agile product development environment.
• Basic understanding of software design patterns.
• Experience with web service integration using technologies such as REST, XML, JSON.
• Experience with writing automated tests (eg. Jasmine, Mocha, LambdaTest, etc.)
• Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems.
• Are able to use JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience using Github in a professional/workplace environment.
• Solid understanding of core web and browser concepts (eg. how the browser parses and constructs a web page).
• Comfortable and have familiarity with the code review process.
• Comfortable working in a highly agile software development process.
• Demonstrated ability to onboard and integrate with an organization long-term.
• Positive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Inclined towards communication, inclusion, and visibility.
• Self-motivated and self-managing with great organizational skills.
