HR Manager

Manages all aspects of the Human Resources Department in coordination with the CHRO. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: complete payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, compliance and various reporting including but not limited to EEO-1, Vets100, OSHA, COBRA, ACA, AZ TRP, W2’s, etc. Requires 5-8 years’ experience in a Sr. HR Generalist or HR Manager role, with recruiting, payroll and benefits as a primary focus.
