Job Description
Urgent need for a Junior-level Software Engineer who has a working knowledge of React, and .NET Framework / C# This is 3 month contract to hire (W2), starting immediately, this position will be on site at our office in Santa Ana.
The candidate will work on both the front and back end of our purpose built SaaS application. The candidate should have a working knowledge and hands-on experience with development of a React based project along with object-oriented design and programming skills using C#.NET, Entity Framework, .NET/Core, REST-based services, and Web APIs. This role will require web debugging ability and working knowledge of the React developer tools from Google Chrome.
  • Creates API controllers as an interface to an existing backend model as well as functional additions and new features
  • Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
  • Layout and Web Stylesheet development process of the application frontend
  • Works with deployment tools to push code from sandbox to production, as well as management of source code thru Gitlab
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and approving of code Pull Requests.
  • Participates in design planning and incremental improvement of the design of the system.
  • Experience with Git and Visual Studio Code / .NET Core
  • 2+ years linux server administration
  • 2+ years developing web services and APIs
