Our organization is proving out new ways of building by creating a next generation user experience on top of new backend features. We are staffing full stack teams and empowering them to tackle product features end to end. Our goal is to ship an entirely new product to Workday customers, and then the sky's the limit!
- 5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience architecting and engineering front end applications for scale
- A strong understanding of Typescript and the underpinnings of Javascript
- Comfort with modern CSS feature such as Grid and Custom properties
- Ability to work in a self directed fashion, and ability to discern the most important work to prioritize
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for innovation and ability to contribute to shaping the technical and product roadmaps
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
