GXP is looking for a Principal level front-end developer with a deep understanding of modern web architectures and strong analytical skills.
How you will contribute:
Bring your passion to create great user experiences.
Design and develop web based applications for the GXP Platform.
Act in a technical leadership role, including mentoring junior engineers and new team members.
Apply your technical expertise to solve unique and challenging problems.
Collaborate cross functionally with engineering, UX, architecture, and product management teams.
Contribute to the design and architecture of GXP products.
Resolve bugs throughout the software release cycle.

Hybrid: This role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
Salary Range: $109,120 - $185,460

business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity,
as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering with six years of related work experience.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and one or more modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
Deep understanding of front-end architecture.
Experience with large scale web applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, design and debugging skills.
Have a high standard for code quality, design, and architecture.
Excellent grasp of CSS and related frameworks.
Experience with writing integration and unit tests.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED. Candidates selected for some positions will be subjected to a government security investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with NodeJS.
- Experience with 3D JavaScript libraries and technologies (e.g., WebGL, D3, CesiumJS).
- Experience with map APIs and standards.
- Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Heroku) and applications built on cloud platforms.
- Experience with the Java, Python, Terraform and\\or Go programming languages
- Experience with Apache ecosystem libraries: Karaf, Camel, Solr or related
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $109120 - $185460
