About the role:

The Account Executive prospects to identify leads, conducts outreach to drive interest, and schedules meetings to drive growth. In this role, you'll use your current sales knowledge along with our in-house training to gain the skills required to find available residential properties, accurately assess property values, negotiate the right price, and close high value real estate projects.

What you'll do here:

  • Learn how to launch a successful career in real estate acquisitions and investing.
  • Leverage the web, industry lead sources, and internal data to identify high value prospects while using the phone, email, LinkedIn, and digital platforms to engage prospects.
  • You will schedule meetings and partner with (and learn from) experienced real estate investors to convert leads into real estate transactions that add value to customers and the company
  • Develop an active pipeline of deals while establishing industry relationships and building a personal brand in real estate.
  • Be mentored by senior real estate investors and receive hands on experience sourcing and acquiring residential properties.

What you'll receive:

  • Training: Our training program will prepare you for a successful career in real estate. The training covers real estate prospecting, outreach, negotiation, and closing via discussion, role playing, and the completion of step-by-step assignments.
  • Coaching: Daily and weekly coaching is provided in small teams and one-on-one to get you fully trained and confidently up and running.
  • Mentorship: You will learn from experienced real estate professionals. Successful AEs spend one-on-one time actively learning while taking on advanced projects.

  • Earning Potential: Successful AEs become investors, run territories, and lead regions with the ability to rapidly increase their earnings potential.

About you:

  • 1-3 years' experience in sales role is highly preferred, with a strong record of exceeding performance targets.
  • You've earned a bachelor's degree in any field; highly preferred but not required
  • You're comfortable making a high volume of cold calls/emails/messages, at least 150 per day, to new prospects.
  • You are a polished communicator (written, verbal, and presenting) with excellent listening skills and an ability to persuade people and overcome objections.
  • Professionally persistent and organized with strong follow-up skills.
  • Technically savvy and able to use or quickly learn sales technology such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Apps, Microsoft Teams, and other technology.
  • You possess tremendous energy and stamina along with a natural curiosity to consistently and freshly engage with a high volume of people on a daily basis.
  • You are goal-oriented, competitive, and ambitious with the drive, grit, and passion to exceed company quotas and achieve outreach metrics.
  • You are an exceptional customer service provider and problem solver with analytical skills and a deep desire to make a difference and help people succeed.
  • You are flexible and adaptable. You are able to consistently achieve goals while managing numerous requests within a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • You enjoy learning, are coachable, and are driven to be the best. This comes with a passion to continuously develop and improve.
