Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Follow established procedures in assisting with the delivery, tagging, and configuration of end-user workstation hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve end-user printer, e-mail, internet, local area network access, RF scanner, WiFi, DVR, and other software/hardware-related problems.
• Perform minor repairs for workstation hardware and equipment that are not covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements. Coordinate repair/replacement of workstation hardware covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of network equipment, including network cables, switches and routers. Assist with network troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
