Responsibilities:

• Schedule, at least 6 weeks prior, delivery dates for all tract projects' upcoming phases.
• Ensure that all tract order Quality Checks are completed at least 4 weeks before the delivery date.
• Utilize customer websites to locate new orders and update order status.
• Assure that all purchase orders are received and accurate for contracted items.
• Tentatively project, from window delivery date, screen, lock and slide schedule, and have screens ordered and received before needed.
• Verify schedule and prepare daily manifests for delivery, installation and service crews.
• Review prior days manifests and reschedule any incomplete items with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain phase folders.
• Measure and communicate with the factory any issues regarding the quality and completeness of orders.
• Work with estimating department to correct any order variances.
• Monitor projects to make sure that the majority of hack outs are being ordered at least 3 weeks before house walk dates.
• Assure that purchase orders are received for all extra work.
• Distribute daily billing reports to accounting department by location.
• Assist accounting department with attaining invoice field signatures and accounts receivable.

Requirements:

• 5 years of scheduling experience
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
