Job Description:
1. IRF Development & Support:
  • Complete ProPricer ETL
  • Develop ETL for expenditure org level plans and lifecycle phases
  • Board Support
2. BI Portfolio has been expanding and therefore more development resources are needed to support it”
  • IRF and new subject areas (WD, MSPS, IBF, IWF, ProPricer)
  • WD and MSPS controlled dates APIs accessible by consumers across lab
  • Funds
  • Power BI
  • Enterprise 2.0
  • SRs and Maintenance Activities (e.g. currently DB upgrades)

Required Skills:
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
  • Offer contingent on ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
  • 5+ years of ETL Design/Development experience
  • 5+ years of SQL development experience
  • Experience developing RESTful web services with either Java/Jersey or Node.js/Express.js/Python
  • Ability to develop and test Oracle PL/SQL procedures and triggers, perform SQL tuning and re-write code as necessary
  • Ability to develop and maintain functional and technical documentation
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Cognos, OBIEE, Tableau, etc.
  • Experience with Web Services, JSON, XML, and RAML
  • Knowledge of BI/Data Warehouse concepts, including star schema and aggregation processes
  • SDLC/Agile Methodology
  • Excel and math skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness and ability to learn
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function independently with minimal oversight and direction
