Cloud - You have experience designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable, and resilient applications in AWS
CI/CD - You are a firm believer in the necessary processes and test automation to achieve zero downtime and continuous delivery with confidence and quality
Architecture - You have experience translating requirements into pragmatic architectures via effective research, evaluation of options, breaking down complexity, and experience
Communication - You can share your perspective clearly and constructively, are comfortable presenting recommendations, and are effective at distilling complexity
AI - You have experience or interest in integrating advances in AI into FutureFit AI products and the development process to drive improvements in velocity, quality, and engineer experience
Values - You are a good person who shares our values of excellence, transparency, and humanity
People - You have experience managing a team, breaking down work, aiding scrum ceremonies, unblocking issues, and communicating status

Most days we work from home but everyone comes to the office at least once a week for face-to-face collaboration and team building. The office is located at 325 Front St West (a short walk from Union Station).
