Job Summary:

DT Professional Services is currently seeking a C#/.NET/Angular Developer to support our Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (NSWC Corona) Acquisition Readiness customer in Norco, California in a hybrid capacity. The Developer will be responsible for supporting the Material Readiness Assessment Information Systems at Naval Surface Warfare Center. Information assurance support will form an important part of the responsibilities. As a developer on this project, you will be part of a team of developers supporting an enterprise application. The ability to identify, communicate, and resolve technical issues is important in all aspects of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and modifies web applications systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs
• Ensures that programs can be integrated in the applications systems
• Resolves complex problems with existing applications systems
• Assists in implementing new applications systems
• Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project
• Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
• Communicate regularly with team members via Microsoft Teams & MatterMost/Slack
• Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature
• Work with stakeholders to understand desired application capabilities
• Maintain security accreditation documentation

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, computer science, or related field/specialty
• Must have an active DOD Secret Clearance
• 2+ years of experience with .NET (formerly .NET core)
• 2+ years of experience with C#
• 2+ years of experience Angular 10 or greater
• 3+ years in the software development career field
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and other fundamental web technologies
• Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases with experience writing queries for relevant platform(s)
• Team contributor on moderately complex aspects of a project
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification or commitment to complete the certification within 30 days of start
• Driving distance to Norco, CA office when needed as this position is hybrid

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior DoD IT systems experience
• Experience with Python
• Familiarity with Azure technologies
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and platforms
• Familiarity working in an Agile team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and collaborate meaningfully

The compensation range for this position: $85k-$125k /annually.
