We are looking for a bartender (male or female) with strong wine knowledge. All bartenders should have general knowledge of the food menu options, bar menu and wine list; as well as a complete understanding of mixing and preparing all drinks.
  • Provide friendly, personable, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful service of food and beverage in accordance with establish quality and time standards to all guests while maintaining a high awareness of cleanliness in the bar area.
  • Provide responsible alcohol service to our guests to ensure their safety and maintain the company’s social responsibility.
  • Make each guest feel special and welcome.
· 2 years experience at a Michelin Star restaurant preferred.
· Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
· Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work. Proper uniform should be worn always while in work areas.
· Assemble/dismantle work station in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness of station during shift.
· Prepare beverage orders to the prescribed methods and recipes, after ensuring items have been properly rung in on the point-of-sale system.
· Prepare all food products, mixers, syrups, etc. according to the prescribed methods and recipes.
· Assist guests with beverage menus, and exhibit knowledge of these items.
· Handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, according to company standards.
· Observe all state and federal laws regarding the service of food and alcohol, including maintaining current Certifications.
· Maintain beverage inventory at proper serving temperatures and restock Service Bar with liquor, beer, wine, soft drinks, mixers, fruit, and necessary equipment prior to the end of each shift.
· Assist in washing and restocking glassware for bar drinks, and guest usage.
· Clean and maintain all equipment and utensils necessary for job performance. Report any issues with equipment immediately to supervisor.
· Follow management’s instructions and suggestions.
· Able to read and understand tickets, including menu items and modifications.
  • Must be able to read and understand tickets as they come through.
  • Stand for extended periods of time.
  • Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
  • Properly utilize a tray to assist in delivering food and drink items to guests.

Pay: $9.00 - $24.00 per hour
