We need a highly motivated and determined Entry Level Account Manager that can lead the customer acquisition efforts and ensure the sales cycle is cohesive from initial outreach to lead generation to closing sales. This role is essential for prospecting new customers and referral generation.

Internally, the Entry Level Account Manager will also have a unique opportunity to provide real-time feedback to Senior Management and Clients concerning possible issues within the customer outreach and sales process so that any challenges can be avoided or quickly and efficiently resolved. Externally, the Account Manager will be the direct point of contact for prospective customers to drive overall customer satisfaction and brand loyalty by meeting the customer's needs.

Entry Level Account Manager Duties:

• Close customer contracts professionally and confidently with the optimal goal to generate referrals and repeat business

• Ensure the successful delivery and implementation of products and services according to customer account needs objectives

• Provide product and service training for ongoing support and increased customer satisfaction

• Operate as the lead contact for any and all matters pertaining to your accounts

• Assist with time-sensitive requests and issues as needed

• Participate in continuous training classes with a focus on leadership, team building, and mentorship

• Contribute to the training and professional development of new team members

Requirements:

• No prior experience is necessary because we provide comprehensive classroom training and virtual support

• Longevity at previous jobs and a desire for a long-term career

• Incredibly well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and accounts at a time with strict attention to detail

• Solution-oriented mindset with experience in a customer or client-facing environment

• Excellent level of reliability and independence

• Naturally good communicator with high emotional intelligence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,948.00 - $55,000.00 per year
