SR MICROSERVICES SOFTWARE ENGINEER

We are hiring for a* Sr. Software Engineer *for a cutting edge media entertainment company. If you are ready to create an impact in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you!
STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in LA, Atlanta, New York, Raleigh, and more.
Responsibilities
- Implementing backend services using Node.js, Golang, Typescript, MongoDB, Redis etc.
- Investigating any issue by understanding e2e ad services workflow and looking at CloudWatch logs, Loggly logs and SignalFx charts.
- Participating in design reviews and recommending new technology to make ad services robust and easily maintainable.
- Working with Product Managers and other scrum teams using agile methodology.
- Working with DevOps and ProdOps engineers to ensure Revenue services highly scalable.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of backend software development experience.
- Several years of experience in implementing large scale backend services using Node.js, Golang, Typescript, MongoDB, Redis etc.
- Ability to implement PoC based on new technology and present it to cross functional teams.
- Experience in ad systems is a plus.
- Experience in AWS (ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch) and EKS is required.
