Technology Background:
LQ Cadence is a proprietary multi-channel campaign application. It enables the deployment of marketing and sales campaigns across phone, sms, and email channels. It’s mission is to help move leads and customers to the next stage of their sales journey using and orchestrated communication cadence that maximizes our chance to contact and convert prospects. LQ Cadence is built for rapid testing and iteration and has a unified data models that ties activities across all channels together. LQ Cadence will serve dozens of LQ’s client’s marketing campaigns.

Role Description
This role will plan, project management, and deploy multi-channel campaigns across many use cases and verticals. As campaigns are multi-channel in nature, you will work with many different teams to activate campaigns.

Ideal Candidate profile
First and foremost, our metric of success for this role is on time and on quality campaign launches. We believe the attributes of an ideal candidate are the following:
  • Extreme detail orientation: and ability to follow a project plan / checklist to make sure all aspects of a campaign are setup properly.
  • Task and time management: both for yourself and other project stakeholders. Making sure campaigns launch on time means keeping our clients and internal teams to their deliverables and properly escalating well in advance to make sure we head of launch delays.
  • Ownership and accountability: When campaign launches run into delays or roadblocks, we are looking for leadership make sure we get back on track.

Responsibilities

    • Project management of new client onboarding and existing client business expansion including communication and expectation setting with client and internal teams.
    • Creation of project plans, data integration, and content development requirements.
    • Project planning to build, test, and deploy campaigns and integrations.
    • Configuration and deployment of campaigns within the LQ Cadence application.

Preferred Skills

    • Technology Consulting or Customer Success / Customer Onboarding, project management, and client-facing leadership.
    • Project management experience using Kanban, Scrum, pr Waterfall / GANTT frameworks.
    • Experience with projects involving databases, web services, HTML, CSS, .NET, ASP, and scripting languages (JavaScript) and JIRA/Smartsheet experience
    • Client facing leadership – guiding clients through discovery, solutioning, data, and business processes.
