Senior Frontend Engineer @ Real Vision - Los Angeles, CA

What you'll do:

• Thinking out of the box to develop innovative UI solutions that scale, are resilient, performant, secure, maintainable, and elegant.
• Develop a next-generation UI across Web for the company.
• Partner with design and product to create and evangelize a world-class B2C & B2B FinTech Platform, translate UI/UX design wireframes into code.
• Collaborate across engineering and business disciplines to meet the aggressive vision and scheduled releases.
• Research and experiment with the implementation of the latest technologies to address the green field development and overall development process.
• Writing clean, efficient, secure, modular, well-documented, reusable code (JS, React) that is easy to read and understand by other team members.
• Documenting and visually describing solutions by authoring documentation, diagrams (flowcharts, layouts, customer journeys, network diagrams, etc.), useful code comments, and wiki articles.

Who you are:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a front-end engineer with involvement in architecture, design, and implementation across many disparate front-end technologies.
• Extensive hands-on experience with front-end tech stacks. Focused expertise with technologies like React, NextJS, GraphQL, Jest/Testing Library, and building on cloud platforms like AWS.
• You have an expert comprehension of core web and browser concepts (e.g., accessibility, web core vitals, rendering process, SEO, browser APIs)
• You have in-depth experience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and the ability to implement modern and responsive design.
• Experience with containerized microservices, serverless architectures, distributed systems, SQL/NoSQL data stores, UI/UX, CI/CD, and related concepts
• Ability to research and compare new tools and libraries, build POCs and address the implementation of common web app modules like User Authentication & Authorization, Notifications, Analytics, Etc.
• Experience with short release cycles, the entire software lifecycle, and experience working on a product that's been released for public consumption (D2C)
• Exceptional problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Focused, dependable, detail-oriented, and hands-on – complete tasks quickly and thoroughly.
• Excellent work ethics and communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal.
