We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with expertise in Shopify, React, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, and other front-end technologies to join our team. About the Position:

As a Senior Front-End Developer at Dolls Kill, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user interface and overall customer experience of our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and highly functional Shopify-based websites that delight our customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our design and development teams to implement and maintain front-end components for Shopify-based websites.
• Develop and optimize responsive web applications using React, Typescript, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Customize Shopify themes using Liquid to meet specific design and functionality requirements.
• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of front-end code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry best practices.
• Perform code reviews as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with a focus on Shopify.
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Liquid, Shopify's templating language.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and best practices.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other front-end technologies (e.g., Vue.js, SASS/SCSS).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with performance optimization techniques.
• Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Technical Skills

• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JavaScript libraries and tooling
• Extensive experience with front-end web app frameworks such as React, Angular.js, etc.
• Familiarity with Progressive Web Applications, Single Page Applications, and Accelerated Mobile Pages
• Experience with front-end build and compile tools such as Require, SASS, Gulp or Grunt
• Understanding of eCommerce development features and requirements including PCI compliance
• Knowledge of common security front-end vulnerabilities and defensive coding techniques
