The Role:

Our team has a relentless pursuit of delivering world-class software that empowers and delights our customers in a way that no other solution has ever done. As an Engineering Manager at GoSite, you will be responsible for all engineering activity by your team, starting with talent acquisition to roadmap planning, development, testing, deployment all the way to post release support. You will work with the Engineering and Product leadership to craft short-term and long-term roadmap and monthly/quarterly deliverables for areas owned by your team. You will also take a scientific and data-driven approach to measure the success of the team, identify areas for improvement and continuously optimize.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and hire talented engineers in a competitive hiring landscape..

  • Inspire and lead high performing full stack teams.

  • Continuously measure and improve the productivity of the team and the quality of their output.

  • Own an end-to-end full stack product engineering team, from development and deployment with full stack engineers and mobile engineers all the way to managing production with SREs.

  • Ensure high technical standards through the adoption of best-in-class processes, automation and culture.

  • Work closely with product managers to define a product and engineering roadmap for the team and work relentlessly to ensure all commitments are delivered on time and with the highest quality.


  • BS degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience managing full stack and mobile engineering teams.

  • Worked as a software engineer and have a deep understanding of the developer experience.

  • Solid understanding and experience working with full stack technologies such as React, Javascript, Node.js and/or Swift, Kotlin.

  • Experience creating and scaling high-performance and autonomous teams.

  • Good understanding and experience using various SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • 2+ years of experience with AWS using services such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Route53, and ECS/EKS.

  • Solid understanding of infrastructure as code tools such as CDK, Terraform or CloudFormation.

  • Solid experience using project management tools such as Jira.

  • Good understanding of CICD and working experience with its implementation is preferred.

  • High tolerance for ambiguity and change, must be willing to wear multiple hats.
