About the role

As the Senior Enterprise UX Designer at CuraPatient, you’ll be joining our Products Department and leading our Design team. The ideal candidate uses their expertise to deliver high impact, user features of various scope to improve all applications. You are an organized and agile designer who is data and application centric. You will be responsible for delivering design work in a high-scope, complex and ambiguous product area. You must have extensive knowledge and understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition for UX/UI design, web design and apps. You must demonstrate the ability to sketch ideas and turn brainstorming sessions into wire-frames and mockups. Additionally, you should be able to work efficiently on multiple projects, deliver high quality work, and be able to apply a heuristic evaluation with the iterative design process, ensuring consistency, attention to detail and cross-communication with multiple departments.

Success in this role looks like:

• Using your strong understanding of Design Theory to design UI elements and tools; navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets
• Collaborate with developers to ensure product quality and implement innovative designs
• Ensure that designs and changes are implemented and approved using a process of approvals from various departments in a timely manner. Resulting in high quality and low turnaround time.
• Manage the team to ensure UX/UI designs are consistent, pay close attention to details, communicate ideas, collaborate across teams, provide helpful feedback on processes with follow-up to make sure changes are completed correctly
• Produce consistent high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, site maps, prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups
• Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
• Establish, evolve and maintain creative standards, style guides and web templates
• Performing other responsibilities as required

What You’ll Bring:

• Must have a minimum 5 years of: designing digital experience, products and platforms as a User Experience Designer or an Interaction Designer.
• Experience using Design Theory; Enterprise experience strongly preferred
• A strong professional portfolio of your designs and work
• Working in a startup environment/having startup experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction or Cognition, Interaction/Interface Design, Communication Design or an equivalent degree and/or professional experience (at least 5 years of related experience highly preferred)
• Proficient with Adobe CC, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Abstract, (Figma or something similar) and CC applications in a Macintosh environment.
• Gitlab a plus
• Ability to work on interfaces and experiences, including, but not limited to: presentation, design, iPad iOS native web responsive apps, and web design.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with diverse teams
• Must be aware of leading cultural and design trends with forward thinking to stay ahead
• Must be able to work efficiently and effectively with multiple departments

Must be able to work onsite, in our Irvine office location. Orange County (CA) residents strongly preferred. Sorry, no relocation assistance.

Salary Range Transparency: $115,000 - $135,000 - you know your worth and we want to hear you out. We’re open to a salary that best reflects your experience, skills, knowledge and talents.
