Job Description

This position is to join Western Digital’s Test Development team which is responsible for developing tests to verify our products. You will work with a team of software engineers in an agile development environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review industry and customer specifications.
• Develop test cases on various platforms to satisfy the requirements.
• Perform triage on test failures and provide analysis and resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and meetings to support WDs projects.
• Work in an Agile development team.
• Work with cross functional teams and provide, influences validation expertise/strategy

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Software development experience especially with Python.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in CS/CE or related technical field

SKILLS:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, reporting and tracking bugs & triaging issues
• Self-learner, excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
