As part of the Information Technology team, you will work on new technologies and find ways to meet our customers’ needs and make it easy for them to do business with us. This role is for a Java Developer for Mobility, Product and Services development. Participating in coding activities. Providing the progress of development to development manager. Supporting enterprise releases, maintenance releases. Participating in architecture enhancements. Demonstrating application functionality to external team members, business owners and explain the existing functionality. Working with the development team and other production support team members to ensure the applications are working as expected. Working with the architects to come up with new ideas to improve overall application functionality and performance. Documenting processes and requirements in detail to support other development efforts by other team members. Where you'll be working... In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. What we’re looking for... You’ll need to have: Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience. Experience in programming with Java and J2EE technologies. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related discipline. Experience in designing User Interface UI applications and professional web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JAVASCRIPT, Backbone.js, node.js, Ext.js Angular JS. Experience in programming with React JS, iOS and Android. Experience in Spring Reactive framework. Detail oriented abilities to ensure code meets user stories details. Knowledge of current industry standards for secure web and mobile design. Experience in backend frameworks like Hibernate, Drools and experience with other BPM tools. Knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards and procedures. Critical thinking, decision-making and leadership aptitude. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. If you are hired into a California work location, the compensation range for this position is between $69,000 and $129,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
