The Goddard School located in Haslet, TX is looking for a motivated self-starter for a Director’s position at our new school. A bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, and management experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool is required. A candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and have a good understanding of age-appropriate activities for young children.

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and caring Director to lead and grow our New Haslet, TX school.
  • With minimum 4 year experience as a preschool Director- Preferably starting a new school from ground up
  • Conducted marketing events in local community and lead generation experience
  • More than 50% lead conversion rate.
  • Has strong leadership skills, is an excellent communicator, and can motivate and inspire others
  • Overseeing preschool operations including human resources, quality assurance, and facility operations
  • Developing strong relationships with our families
  • Managing a budget
  • Complying with state childcare licensing regulations
  • Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education

  • BA or BS Degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education or related field
  • Prior Managerial Experience in a Preschool Setting
