Senior Web Developer @ Indigo Billing - Costa Mesa, CA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Revise, edit, proofread & optimize web content
• Work with cross-functionally to enhance the overall user experience of our platforms
• Own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finish
• Design, create and modify websites
• Integrate websites with other computer applications
• Keep up-to-date on web developments and trends
• Build and optimize a secure web page for evolving business needs.
• Provide continued support for one or more web properties.
• Maintain communication with team members and supervisors concerning the direction of the website.
• Code and script applications.
• Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
• Editing, writing, or designing Website content, and directing team members who produce content.
• Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
• Perform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as- needed basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
• Previous experience in web development or other related fields
• Familiarity with Html, Javascript, or other related languages
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience using HTML, WordPress, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency in at least one server-side technology (Java, PHP, NodeJS,)
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on various projects and manage time efficiently
• Solution-oriented and high-level programming skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web pages for security and responsiveness
• Understanding of network diagnostics and analytical tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
