What You’ll Be Doing - Developer I/II

BigTime Software is looking for a full-stack Software Engineer I/II to join our engineering team in building the next-generation of the BigTime product. The individual in this role will collaborate extensively to design, build, and test complex functionality in our award-winning, cloud-based system and multiple integrations with other SaaS systems.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about development, comfortable or willing to get comfortable/learn both front and backend, thrives on technical challenges, takes initiative, and ready to collaborate in our fast-paced, agile environment.

Who You Are

• Experience with full-stack .NET development. Our tech stack includes: C#, SQL, .NET MVC, JavaScript/CSS/HTML, AngularJS, RESTful API, memcached, Redis, MongoDB and hosting in AWS. You don’t need to be an expert in all of these technologies but if you are strong in a couple of these, we’d love to talk to you!

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a clear understanding of software engineering (SDLC, OOP principles, design patterns, SOLID design, agile development, testing and debugging methods, CI/CD automation experience, etc).

• Interest and ability to learn other coding languages and technologies as needed.

• We’re a hybrid environment and our engineering team is in several locations so great written and verbal communication skills!

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or its professional equivalent.

• 2-4+ years hands on development experience, ideally in a .NET environment
