Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of AI-enabled features using web-based technologies. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in building high-performance, scalable, and reliable software solutions for generative AI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our software products, ensuring prompt generation and enhancing user experiences.

Job Function:

  • Build and prioritize the backlog for future AI-enabled features to support colleagues and business processes.
  • Develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable software solutions for generative AI using web-based technologies, including JavaScript, Angular, and HTML.
  • Utilize Python and Python-based AI/ML frameworks to connect with AI models.
  • Implement effective methods for AI model testing throughout the development, deployment, and recalibration stages.
  • Write clear and specific instructions for NLP models, employing interactive techniques to refine models and responses.
  • Employ iterative design methodologies to continuously improve model performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into our software products.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in NLP and machine learning technologies and incorporate them into our development process.
  • Apply technology creatively to solve customer problems across the entire technology stack, including JavaScript code on end-user pages, front-end web UI, back-end services, and API access to LLMs (Large Language Models).

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience with NLP techniques, Prompt Engineering, and a strong understanding of LLMs.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience delivering enterprise-scale web-based solutions and experiences.
  • Must be strong in JavaScript based frameworks such as JQuery and Angular
  • Highly comfortable with HTML, CSS, and SVG and keep up on developments in Web APIs (service workers, native promises, etc).
  • Good understanding of Resful API design.
  • Experience in creating Browser plugins, ChatGPT plugins, or MS Copilot plugins.
  • Must possess problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with JSON and Microsoft Adaptive Cards.
  • Be highly motivated to adopt new technologies, challenges and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent team player with strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Exposure in AWS and/or Java would be a plus.
  • Exposure to Agile methodology would be nice to have.
  • Experience working with GIT, JIRA, and Confluence would be nice to have.
  • Experience with Microsoft''s Teams Toolkit would be a plus

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00-$125,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
