The Opportunity
As the Salesforce Product Owner, you will work closely with our sales teams and MMI leadership to create our overall Salesforce strategy. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, and building and executing on a roadmap that will maximize sales effectiveness and overall sales forecasting and reporting.
The Team
The MMI Strategy & Executive team is a small team that works closely with the broader MMI organization to ensure overall alignment. The team is comprised of various roles, all partnering across the MMI ecosystem to support the effectiveness of the organization. As a small team, we support each other, all looking to roll up our sleeves and contribute where needed.
The Impact:
The Salesforce Product Owner role will work closely with the MassMutual Investments sales leaders to improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and designing best practice solutions to maximize sales efficiency, increase sales productivity and measure sales effectiveness. In this role, you would act as liaison between the MMI Sales team and the MassMutual Salesforce technology and Salesforce.
