Front End/UI Software Engineer (Mid-Level) @ Nextup - Anaheim, CA

We are eagerly seeking an individual with a passion for technology.

We're currently looking for a mid-level Software engineer. Candidates should have full-stack experience with a strong focus on front-end and device UI scalability. Ideal candidates should be comfortable working autonomously and be self-motivated. All Candidates will be required to take and pass a test designed to gauge current knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in development of Web, IOS, and Android applications.
• Proactively keep up with the latest technologies to support and contribute to innovation.
• Collaborate with development team, design team, and marketing team.
• Have a good understanding of the software product and service dependencies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adhering to deadlines and project details.
• Works autonomously on projects.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a minimum of three years of development experience.
• Experience and knowledge in the proper implementation of scaling and GUI.
• Must have knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, .NET/.NET Core and C#, CSS Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Knockout, Angular, SQL Server / Stored procedures, and LINQ.
• Nice to have knowledge in Azure Function Apps, Cosmos DB, Blobs, Tables, and Queues, . NET Blazor and Progressive Web Apps.
• “Can-Do” approach to problem-solving and solutions around new requirements and products
• Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps, SCRUM/Sprint, and QA process
• Good verbal/written communication skills
